Aesthetix Bio-Labs is the export brand of a Chinese medical-device manufacturer founded in 2020 — two GMP-certified bases, 65,000+ m², 30+ NMPA registrations, and an in-house lab that runs an Agilent HPLC every day.

Who We Are

One purpose: make medical-grade skincare manufacturable for any brand

Since April 2020, our Hunan facility has focused on exactly one category: registered medical-grade topical skincare — collagen dressings, ampoules, meso-grade solutions, and post-care masks. We hold 30+ NMPA registrations across Class I, II and III, including a Class III sterile needle registration, so even the needles are made in-house. Our Jiangsu partner base adds 60,000+ m² of scale manufacturing.

We serve skincare brands, salon chains, clinics, and distribution partners across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond — from 3,000-pc trial runs to million-unit programs.

Milestones

A short history, every node verifiable

April 2020

Hunan Xiekang Medical Devices founded in Xiangtan Economic & Technological Development Zone with ¥5M registered capital.

2022

First recombinant Type III collagen registrations approved (湘械注准20222141156/157/159) — the ampoule, gel and patch lines that still lead our catalog.

2023

Registration portfolio expands: liquid dressings, repair dressings and freeze-dried kit approved (2023 series). Cumulative R&D and line investment reaches ¥50M.

2024

Class III sterile injection needle registration granted (国械注准20243142419) — even needles are manufactured in-house. HA complex solution and more follow.

2025

Silk fibroin liquid dressing registered (湘械注准20252140341). Portfolio reaches 30+ registrations across Classes I–III, backed by 4 invention and 10 utility patents.

Today

Two GMP-certified bases (Hunan 5,000+ m² + Jiangsu 60,000+ m²), 5 automated lines, daily capacity: 300,000 ampoules · 100,000 vials · 100,000 masks.

Hunan — R&D & Registration Center

5,000+ m² production base in Xiangtan. Class 100,000 cleanroom (1,000 m²), Class 10,000 suite (500 m²), Class 10,000 laboratory (200 m²). Agilent HPLC/GC and NETZSCH rheometer on site. 5 fully automated lines.

Jiangsu — Scale Manufacturing Base

60,000+ m² purpose-built facility operated with our partner. Volume production for flagship programs, bonded-warehouse-ready packing, and container-load export capacity.

Since August 2026, Jiangsu Xinhui Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91321324MADXYL5Y3G) is a 51% strategic shareholder of the Hunan facility. Our partner group also has a historical technology licensing and manufacturing agreement with NASDAQ: Misonix (2017, SonaStar product line).

Government Procurement

Selected as a reference enterprise for China's medical-device centralized procurement program (announced December 2025) — meaning our pricing and quality have passed government-bid evaluation.
